Who do you coach?
I coach adults with ADHD who work in the higher education sector, or creative industries. (I’m happy to coach people outside of these industries, but my background and expertise lies within these sectors)
DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN ADHD DIAGNOSIS FOR COACHING?
No! The waiting lists for ADHD diagnosis can be very long, you may also not want to seek a diagnosis. If the characteristics of ADHD align with how you feel, I can help
What qualifications do you have?
I have an advanced certificate in life coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming Master Practitioner Training from Archology, accredited by The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. I also trained with Max Lawrence - ADHD business coach. My coaching skills primarily stem from over 16 years of working as an academic at a university, where I guide many students (many of whom are neurodiverse), deliver pastoral care and produce research.
do you take payment through access to work?
Yes! Access to work can offer payment for ADHD coaching. It’s the clients responsibilities to organise this with ATW, the payment needs to be received before the coaching commences
can i buy coaching sessions for a friend?
Yes, please get in touch and I will advise you on this
Can you diagnose adhd?
I’m not a qualified medical professional and therefore cannot give an official diagnosis of ADHD, however, I can give my opinion and discuss diagnosis routes
HOW CAN I PAY FOR COACHING?
You can utilise the access to work scheme, or I accept bank transfers and credit and debit card payments through Stripe (secure card payments platform). Payments can be taken in installments

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
When it comes to ADHD coaching, I've found that providing sets of 6 or 12 sessions in a block tends to be the most impactful and effective approach
